Just The Beginning..oh Jeez!!

OK... Day One...Here we come! After five years of depression and anxiety I've gained some pounds. And after a doctor's visit yesterday that didn't go so well, I need to lose those pounds lol. So I'm aiming for 100 pounds in 12 months. Let's see how this goes....I've apparently got some back issues and such. But I'm not going to let that slow me down. I just need to find my motivation and hang onto it. It'll be nice to feel comfortable in my own skin again!! Starting with quirks to my diet. (Bye bye snacking) And adding more cardio to my daily life. ( hello sore muscles.) Off we go!!
