i am finding staying off the scale except for the weekly weigh in very difficult for me. Almost as bad as getting off my butt and exercising. My two weaknesses in this endeavor. Keeping track of my food intake is easy and fun...But I am so anxious to see progress and weighing shows me numbers. So far, its been positive, but I know later after the initial weight loss, the lbs. will go up and down. I made it 3 days...LOL before I said "forget it, (another word used) I'm checking the scale. I lost a pound, so I am still ahead of my weekly goals. I will try and stay off the scale now til my weekly weigh in...(4days from now). A mini goal, right?
