I have a fasting bllod draw today, and the then the follow up appointment on may 3 with my primary doc. The deal was, when I went off my two horrid meds ( cholestrol and an injection med for blood sugar) that my numbers would stay good for the next three month period. Here is a list of my fitness numbers,and the goals associated with them.
Numbers I want… where I am now, what I aim for and how to get there…..
Weight 284 goal 150
BMI 44. Goal 24.
Waist to Height ration: .62. Goal: .42
Sweat: 30 minutes a day. Goal- 45 minute walking 3x day, with hour of extra… aerobics, tai chi, yoga….
Goal=10,000 steps, 6 days a week
Plank for a minute.
Calorie goal: 1500 calories a day
Protein Goal 20 ounces a day, with 3-4 ounces a meal, with snacks if needed.
Carbs less than 150 grams a day.
Veggies. 2 cups a day minimum, eat veggies 6 times a day. Aim for 10 servings a day, or 60 servings a week, or 30 ½ cups.
Fluid. Aim for 142 ounces a day. 20 ounces 8 times a day=160 ounces.
A1C=6.7, goal >6-4.
LDL= goal 100.
HDL= goal 60.
Goal for total= >150.
Triglycerides. Goal =>150
Blood pressure 120/60. At GOAL and off medication
