The past days....

Wednesday: worked from corner bakery. Found good food for breakfast and decent food for lunch. Had a dinner event for work. There was nothing good about that. Didn't log because I didn't know the caterer/couldn't guess the nasty fat/carbs/calories were in the BBQ dinner they served or the 4 glasses or Pinot I served myself. Yesterday I got back on. I didn't punish myself. I ate a nice breakfast and lunch and had beef and broccoli for dinner. I walked two miles in the relay for life walk with my work. I went to game night at my finances school and had fun. I had 10 jelly beans to celebrate with her kids. I had a great day yesterday following a not so great day. I'm going to weigh in and be happy about it.

    Next time do your best to track food and specially drinks. Lots of empty calories in alcohol. What i do is take photos of my dinner and than track when i get home
