I hit my goal of 60000 steps in a week last week. (64000 is what I ended up with) by the end of the week though, I was exhausted. Friday into Saturday I slept for over 13 hours! I was thinking it could be low sodium and or a lack of electrolytes. (I was so tired i kept slipping and calling them electrtic lights... we got a good laugh from that lol!) What do you guys think?
