P90X2 Update

I'm four weeks into the P90X2 program, and I have never felt stronger in my life.
I'm progressing at exercises that scared the Hell out of me, and caused me to brush P90X off when I was searching for my soulmate workout. I remember saying, "there will never be a reason for me to have to do a plyometric pushup." I'm really eating my words now. I guess I still don't have a reason as to why I need to do a plyometric pushup. Although, I do love to do obstacle mud runs, and getting through the obstacles does require strength. Maybe I do have a reason now. Never say never right?
When I started my journey my main goal was to lose 60lbs. I lost 30, and that was my spring board to goals, habits and accomplishments I never in a million years thought I would have. Seems kind of silly that I'm still working to lose those last 30lbs. :)
Don't let fear, anxiety, doubt or excuses hold you back. Eat well and exercise. Be consistent and good things will happen to you.
