Something has to give

Either my desire to lose weight or my current behavior has to change or nothing will change. I'm tired of feeling fat and gross. I'm tired of feeling shame over the weight I've gained. BUT... Am I willing to do differently? Am I willing to change what & how much I eat? Doing a little soul searching today. Is my 'tired of' greater than my apathy?

    Love the food only go every two weeks it's in bevercreek 50 miles for me
    I have lost 21 pounds
    Limite my food to 100 then add my own food
    Made my half way today
