Strategies for making this the last time I am this heavy...

I am 6 days into my current push to record my food and be mindful of my carbs, and I am going strong. But as I look at my bog posts from years ago, I am already trying to figure out how to ensure that I don't lose my focus and end up back where I am now.
I sort of wish I could set up my Spark app to pop up app to pop up with notifications to do a weigh in every x number of days...I find that if I'm avoiding the scale it is because I don't want to know what it says.
Maybe a reoccurring calendar reminder?
About 15 years ago I hit my goal weight at WW and once I was there I just had no motivation to keep me focused. Obviously I changed my behaviors, but all it takes is a life change to mess with the atatus quo and there I go down the slippery slide to unhealthy.
Any advice for building in a safety net while I am super motivated would be appreciated!
