Chocolate fix

Well, day 7 and I am thinking about chocolate...not a good, I am fixing that craving this morning by having a chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie. Since I only had my yogurt and coffee this numbers averaged out ok...a couple grams over in the fat, but it can be adjusted on my lunch. I love Almond light milk, so it really saves on calories and fat. Not a skim drink milker, 2% or forget it. LOL Almond milk saved the day. HAVE A GREAT DAY TO MY FRIENDS.... emoticon

    Try PBFit (I found mine at Sam's Club). It is wonderful in smoothies, and saves calories. :)
    By the way, I made a Peanut Butter, Banana protein shake this morning because yours sounded so good.

    1T unsweetened hershey's cocoa, 1/2c sliced banana, 1T (regular Honey roasted peanut butter, 1c almond original lite milk, 3 ice cubes, and blend. Turned out pretty good. I am using what's in the house still stocked. I will look for better options for peanut butter. :-)
