Monday is my weigh-in day

I am tracking my weight and my measurements on monday. I am going to try to be a little more scientific with how i am recording my eating. This means i am going to really listen to my body after i eat, see what effects the food is having on me. Is it good, bad , indifferent ? Also i am going to try to track my mood, aches and pains. I actually think i might have a dairy sensitivity, which is going to be a hard food group to let go. But if it's holding my weight steady, it's worth investigating.
