Another week of not so stellar eating, managed to stay the same weight.

Let's see how last week's goals stacked up --

Water - at least 64 oz every day emoticon
10 or more minutes of cardio every day emoticon

4500 steps a day - 6days (weekdays & Sat) Half way there - 3 days this week

Arm and shoulder strength training - 3 days Thought I did 2 days, but only have one day logged
Food tracking at least 4 days - emoticon Logged food all 7 days, not sure about how accurate some of the days were .


Goals for the last week of April - (keeping them the same for one more week)

Water - at least 64 oz every day
10 or more minutes of cardio every day
4500 steps a day - 6days (weekdays & Sat)
Arm and shoulder strength training - 3 days
Food tracking at least 5 days - will try to get into the Spark range most days


We've had a variety of weather this week, some much needed rain, a fair amount of sunshine, some ridiculously warm days, wind, wind, wind, and today, some more rain.

My lunches were pretty boring this past week - homemade split pea soup every work day. Also took some veggies and nuts for snacks.

That's about it for this week - I'm pretty tired, like a dummy I stayed up most of the night reading. So, off to do my cardio and then to bed...

    Just catching up on my spark mail.

    You did well getting things in this week. No weight gain is great!

    I cooked homemade meals this week and didn't calculate them in SP, so have no idea the calorie content nor nutritional value.

    I see my weight management doctor on May 3rd the last time. I am going off the appetite suppressant. Only taking one now. Since June last year I have lost 27 pounds on their scale. More on my psychiatrist's scale. More on mine, but I just add 5 pounds to get the weight management pounds. Found that was the easiest way to do it. Will go by my scale and psychiatrist scale. Maybe even adjust my scale. Although it is digital and not sure how to do it!!

    It will be hot here today. I don't like hot days in spring. We get plenty of that in Summer.

    I didn't eat well last week either and am going to do better today. My allergies have started up. I have been stressed. I'm not sleeping well.
