I"ve been tracking all week...even the two days when I fell out of sync with my goals. I'm realizing how far I had fallen away from my ideals of eating really healthy food. I have gotten sidetracked by convenience, taste, and simply dulling myself to the importance of eating well. However: Here I am...one week in!
I've also earned an award for activity, which is great. It seems a bit silly, but getting an award from SP is actually a little incentive. :)
I'm wrestling with some health concerns, so my energy is not high today...I'd write more, but the gist of is that my intention is to continue my good habits, and to experiment with some other super healthy possibilities, such as juicing.
