I worked out this week: walked two
miles, did 35 minutes of step
cardio, one foam rolling session, and one yoga
I've eaten mostly on plan.
I have weighed in twice.
I have taken my olive leaf, garlic oil, triphala, and digestive enzymes.
I am drinking water.
I am feeling a little bit better. I had a tummy ache this week and a fever a couple of times.
Now I'm just tired a lot.
