I worked out this week: walked two emoticon miles, did 35 minutes of step emoticon cardio, one foam rolling session, and one yoga emoticon session.

I've eaten mostly on plan. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have weighed in twice. emoticon

I have taken my olive leaf, garlic oil, triphala, and digestive enzymes.

I am drinking water. emoticon

I am feeling a little bit better. I had a tummy ache this week and a fever a couple of times. emoticon Now I'm just tired a lot. emoticon
