The not so good day

Friday, April 22, 2016

Today I had to go shopping for a dress for a weekend away and nothing looks good in a size
22/24. It left me feeling very depressed. And it made me realize that I don't want to continue to have to shop in "woman's sized stores" any longer. I want to be able to go into any store and find something pretty that fits, that looks good on me.I usually do most of my clothes shopping online because there is a wider (no pun intended) variety of plus size clothing out there that is moderately better looking. I'm pretty sure this experience is giving me the kick in the butt that I need to buckle down and concentrate on my health and my eating habits.

I HATE shopping for clothes! However, it is a great incentive to get myself back on track whenever I do have to go clothes shopping. I, too, can basically only find clothes online. It's very depressing.

Clothes shopping makes me depressed, too.

I feel like I've never been able to wear the clothes I've wanted from the time I was a little kid. Back then it was the "pretty plus" section which was what they called the plus size for girls. Sigh.

    But're a size 22/24. Before long, you won't be in women's size's anymore.
