What's new on TV? Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders

There's a new TV program on CBS that I find very enlightening. I watched it again last night and was struck by the effectiveness of diplomacy and understanding that can be achieved between cultures and religions if people focus on goals and use education to make things work. Thinking things through, following a plan of action, and adjusting as new things are learned can solve problems that seem insurmountable. Education is the key!
Spark People educates us so that we can solve our problems with weight management which is a complex challenge. We must identify our goals, building on success when, for example, a new habit becomes learned behavior. It takes time and effort to understand and learn from each new change in lifestyle, and the road ahead may be rocky and cause us to stumble or fall. SP gives us the opportunity to learn from our mistakes and those of others as we are motivated by the success stories of our Spark Friends. Through trial and error a stumbling block can be overcome. We support one another keeping our goals in mind and moving on with the new plans for our lives. SP use what they know works for them in body, mind and spirit; because all things work together for good. Support and motivation is a necessary step in overcoming the struggles. Thus we support ourselves and our Spark Friends with positive words and thoughts which motivates us forward on step at a time. Learning what to do, planning how to do it, and believing in the great possibility of success can push through to success if we stay positive and celebrate when a plan comes together.
