Reasons for losing weight

I'm reading a book called The Beck Diet Solution and it focuses on behavior modification for weight loss. One of the things I have to do is write my reasons on an index card and commit to reading it twice a day. I have them written so for my second reading of them I'm going to blog: my joints won't hurt, I'll be able to move around better, more energy, increase confidence, feel better in my body, good role model for my son, feel in control, feel better about myself, improve my health, it will be easier to do the things I love.
