When Do You Know It's Permanent?

"How long did it take you to feel like you were on your way to a proper permanent change?"

A spark friend asked me that the other day. I thought that was such a great and unique question.

I believe it's when exercising and eating well become a necessity of your day. You choose to follow these habits in order to feel normal. You work them into your schedule, because if you don't, you know you'll feel off. You're happiness isn't held hostage by the number on the scale. Simply enjoying the process makes you happy and feel good about yourself. Your efforts are for the bigger picture and make you a better person.

That's my answer, and I haven't even reached all of my goals yet. When did you know that living a healthy lifestyle was your jam?
