Pepperoni Pizza And Kale Salad

My son is just like me. He is obsessed with pizza! Haha. Today he asked if we could have pizza for lunch, so I told him that we could make our own. Now, as delicious as that veggie pizza that I made a few entire ago was, he would NEVER touch it. He's 4...That's how kids are, right?
Today we decided to make a pepperoni pizza together. I made the dough, added some fat free pizza sauce, and topped with reduced fat mozzarella cheese. My son added the turkey pepperoni.
It was a fun activity for both of us. He's always loved helping me in the kitchen when I do decide to cook. He especially loves eating lol.
After the pizza was done I made a quick Kale Salad with baby kale, baby spinach, carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, bell peppers, celery, and sunflower seeds, tossed in fat free garlic vinaigrette.
Lunch was very good, and a much healthier option than the all-you-can-eat buffet at Round Table!
