Back at it again

Looking for motivation before I gain back everything I lost the first time. Life is hard and no excuses, food makes me feel good. I need to concentrate on my body and mind, and try my hardest. I'm on day 6 of counting calories, things are going pretty well. It has very hard to pass up the temptations of restaurant food but I have managed. I was eating it like everyday.
I put my Fitbit back on. I am so out of shape. On my 4th day with it. The first day I made it over 10,000, the last two I didn't make my goal but I still have it on and that's the important thing.
I'm adjusting my weight on my page to where I was as of this morning. I'm so sick of this roller coaster I keep putting myself through.
