Hard Time

I know that I am overweight and need to lose pounds I am trying very hard by listing my foods, etc. This makes me realize that my problem may stem from the fact that I do not eat that much... I am aware that you need to eat first thing when you get up to start your body working and if you do not eat enough you will store fat.

I can get up in the morning and not put a morsel of food in my mouth until the next day sometimes. I am not hungry. I will drink my herbal teas and water, but not eat.

I am trying to keep Slim Fast in the frige so that I can pot one when it get up and drink it. But if I am not leaving the house I do not even think about it.

The days I work, I can graze all day long, as long as I grab the Slim Fast on the way out the door. If not, I do not want anything. My parttime job has several people there that eat junk all the time. It is on the table and I just look at it and cannot put it in my system. Sorry, I do not like. I do admit that when my hubby has a sandwich with chips on his plate, I will steal 2-3 just for the taste. That totally satisfies my graving for chips. Remember the commercial "YOU CAN'T EAT ONE", oh yes I can...

I am looking at how hard it is for me to make myself eat 3 meals a day, and I have not even arrived at the snacks at this time.

I do not like the artificial taste in lots of prepared foods, so therefore I like to cook from scratch.

I eat very slowly, chew my food and I never eat a complete meal in a resturant. I can usually take the plate, cut the food in half and ask for a togo box.

I am a bread lover, so I will not eat it unless it is good. We go to Olive Garden . My hubby eats the bread sticks and I will not. They are not worth the calories I will put into my body for the taste. I love other foods there but not the breadsticks. Bread has to be really good for me to eat. It is really hard to find good bread.

I love fruits, nuts, and veggies, but I just has to be hunger enough to eat. I think I could eat good homemade soups several times a day. I will eat when I make soups and chillies. I think that I grew up with really fresh, home grown foods and what is on the market today does not satisfy my taste.
