I spent this morning in the ER with my dad. He fell on the deck and hurt his leg to the point he was unable to walk. Fortunately there is no break but his knee is badly sprained. He needs to rest it and will go see a orthopedist Friday morning. He was in the hospital for two weeks back in the summer for leg and vein issues so I'm just very glad it wasn't way worse!
Anyways. I feel like it is my first day really on track in two weeks (PMS and TOM hit). Yesterday I went to Sam's Club and got a huge bag of salad mix and a big container of grape tomatoes ( I used to hate them but now looooove them!). When I got home I put together 6 salads in ziplock baggies so I have them each day for lunch. I also bought a bag of grilled chicken so I can nuke one in the microwave to eat with my salad. 365 calories for a yummy filling lunch works for me. lol.
Question, what salad dressing do you guys like? I'm thinking of trying some new ones but I dunno what to get. lol. Suggestions would be nice.
In any case, I hope to have really good results this weekend when I weigh in.
