All this food tracking is driving me nuts!!!
I get my protein right, my calcium is too low.
I get my fat right, my fiber is too low!
I cant ever seem to get just the right amount of nutrients in food and still stay under calorie range.
Tweak my menu and still end up having to tweak it again.
But at least I am eating healthy. And walking once again. I walked 3.6 miles on Sunday and 3.4 today.
Saturday I didnt have my tracker, but I walked at the flea market, alot, for at least an hour.
Of course, it is stop and go, wait in line.
But I enjoyed being outside, in the sun, with NO wind for a change.
Now, jinx.....watch the weather change.
Feeling pretty good this day. Have the dreaded doctors appointment on Wednesday, but not dreading it too much.
I am doing the best I can....well, back to tweaking my menu.
I really need to find more fiber!!!
