Accidental weight gain!!!

Last week I was 164 lbs on Monday. Thats my slimmest in 3 years. I felt great. I was 6 lbs away from being a BMI of 29, and 4 days later I got on the scale and I was 170 lbs! Right now its been 5 days since that weigh in and I lost 2 pounds. I slacked of last week. 4 days of really low intensity excercise instead of my usual moderate to high 6x a week routine.And 2 days of unhealthy food choices; chocolate bon bons from a gourmet chocolate shop, 1 medium fries, and 3 bags of $1.49 chips in 2 days. Yikes. What was I thinking. I didn't gorge myself, but I didn't think those food choices would affect me that drastically! But I'm not giving up. I went to the gym for 2 hours and I'm planning to jog by lake Michigan.
