The good and not so good of yesterday.

First the good. Yesterday was beautiful here in Michigan. Sunny, warm, low humidity. emoticon A rare day for us this early in the season. Hubby and myself took a drive up to Frankenmuth, a Bavarian style city with lots to do. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend it. We wandered around town going in and out of all the cute little shops. And I only bought one thing, a birthday gift for my sis. Now comes the bad... Frankenmuth is well known for its family style chicken dinners emoticon . And after all the wandering we were pretty hungry. I thought I could handle it. Well not so much. I did try to track what I ate as best I could but I don't think I could count that high. But back to the good. Today is a new day and I feel like I'm back on track. emoticon

    I purposely try to plan one splurge a week, keeps me mentally able to keep going! Picking up right where you left off is great!! emoticon

    Those days happen. It is okay! Just dust off the chicken crumbs and start over! I think sometimes we need those days to reset us and keep us going!
