Better but not really

Well, I hate to be a downer, but today I'm really struggling with my depression. So, being motivated to do anything is a monumental challenge. On a lighter note, I have been better able to stick to eating healthier today. I splurged yesterday with ice cream. Physically, I am feeling better. I have been logging my food for a couple of weeks now. I have joined a wellness center. So, things are looking better with the exception of my mental health. I'm so tired of feeling this way.

    Moods are so frustrating. I have found whenever I am having a rough day, I do something productive, get up and move. I hate exercise, but love to go shopping, mostly window shopping. The malls are great...lots of walking and lots of windows to look at. Walking my dogs on a sunny day, really uplifts my spirits. They are excited for their walk, and I get exercise. Don't dwell on negative thoughts, don't worry, or stress. Work on crafts, read educational books or on line articles. Keep your mind on positive things, and I promise things will get easier and more enjoyable. Good Luck...you look like a fun and great person. One Day at a Time!!! emoticon
