Today was a really bad day! For the life of me, I just couldn't get motivated! It started off with me not wanting to get out of bed. It took a lot for me to get up but I finally made myself move because I had to the kids up for school.
After they left school, I had my breakfast and I went back to bed. I slept for a little bit until my DH woke me up because he wanted to go grocery shopping. Blah! After we got home, I ended up spending a lot of time on the phone. I had to deal with HR/Payroll for work. They're complete idiots! /grumble!
Here are the rest of my meals.
Lunch: I ended up eating two servings of pepperoni pizza and that was basically it!
Dinner: I had garlic chicken, broccoli and corn mixture from the Bird's Eye brand.
Snack: I had 2 servings of Arnett's Tim Tam cookies. (4 cookies in total)
I only had 32 ounces of water today and I can tell. Even though I wasn't going to, I made myself do my 21 Day Fix: Yoga Fix tonight. I almost didn't do the workout because I just feel so blah today. I am so angry at myself! I ended going over in calories by 172 and my sodium intake was bad.
Today was just a crappy day. I am just going to take a shower and go to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
