Hey all! Hope everyone is happy and getting healthy! I am still here just busy with wifely and motherly duties! I have been walking at least three times a week but usually its five. Some days less then a mile with the whole family or sometimes just me and baby in the stroller for 1-3 miles although the other day I did 4 miles but had to skip the walk for a couple days because it did a number on my knee and hip. Its amazing how out of shape I have gotten especially after having Nolan....it took away all of my strength and stamina! Haven't had soda in a few weeks and that is still KILLING me. It is just so hard to give up!
I haven't weighed in awhile mostly because I get too crazy over the number and sabotage myself. So right now I'm concentrating on good food and simply walking and if I feel like it some squats and using weights for my arms. My husband and I are actually going to start enforcing ten situps after our walks, because the biggest part on both of us is our stomachs so if we can just make it a must and work our way up to more reps, great things are bound to happen! That's all for now, just a rambling of details. Things are going good!

    Just keep on walking, walking, walking...

    My main exercise is walking and even though it seems contradictory, it has tightened up my abs a lot. Wish it would do more for the muffin top, but I know that losing some weight would do a lot to take care of that.
