This is just gonna be a quick check in sort of blog today because I'm worn out this evening. Unfortunately, I didn't get the 8 hours of sleep I was afforded the night before. I could really tell a difference when I woke up. For the first half of my morning I was sluggish and achy from my yoga and walking yesterday. BUT I refused to give up today. I completed Day 4 of Yoga Camp and I also began the Walk This Way 30 day challenge here on SP. Day one was a success!
I have not had so much physical activity in one week in a very long time, and I'm really feeling it on this fine Friday night! I need rest tonight, but I have a lot of actual work to do - my motivation to work is extremely low right now.
Maybe a power nap is in order... ?
