Too Long Away

I haven't actually been away, but I haven't been very active. I really need the structure though. My goal this week was to re-engage with a team, log-in everyday, and track nutrition and exercise everyday. I missed a day, but will keep at it.

I can do this!

    Keep pushing! I'm doing better at engaging here but am now slacking on my activity. It's a struggle, so we'll have to push each other as well as ourselves!

    Rsandoval has a great suggestion. Especially continuing to educate yourself on things to try or at more complete understanding of what you already know. Every one goes through periods of lulls, what's important is to to then continue on. Make sure to get some fresh air and sunshine!

    I log my breakfast and lunch in the mornings. At night I log in to get helpful tips from members and articles. Good luck.
