It's Friday Eve, y'all!

It's Thursday and I woke up feeling better than I have in a LONG time - both physically and mentally. I got a full 8 hours of sleep last night (first time in so long I can't even remember) and WOW does it help your body to recover from a full day! I figured out today that I did day 3 of a totally different (and much more advanced) yoga program by the same chick on YouTube. That would explain why I was falling over and sweating like a pig after a 25 minute session yesterday! So today, instead of doing day 4 of my 30 Day Yoga Camp, I went back and did Day 3 of the correct program. I'm feeling super awesome right now!! LOVELYCREEPER and I have decided to be accountability partners here on SP and it's already helping me stay focused (thanks, Ciaran!) Just knowing that someone is going to check in on me throughout the day motivates me to reach those daily goals. If you don't have an accountability buddy here on SP, I encourage you to find one. Better yet... comment below and let me know if you need some support and encouragement daily. I say the more the merrier! We can start our own sparkteam if there are enough of us! Speaking of daily goals... I just nearly made it with one today (okay prob shouldn't count it as a win, but I am anyway) I have been wanting to get my daily yoga session in by noon each day because that's really the best window of time for me. Well, today didn't go according to plan and I BEGAN my session at 11:58am (oops) But hey, I technically started it before noon, and even though it was cutting into other pressing things in my daily routine, I finished the 34 minute session anyway. So now... I'm blogging when I need to be tending to other things. Time management is obviously a struggle for me. :) I suppose I will get back to the demands of babysitting 5 kids and step away from SP for a while. Thanks for reading and I hope y'all are rockin' this week's health and fitness goals!! And please consider this an open invitation to anyone without an accountability buddy on SP to join LOVELYCREEPER and I totally not kidding about starting a new sparkteam if that's what we need for an accountability group!

    Sleep is very important but can sometimes be hard to get, either quality or quantity. Glad you got some good sleep and were feeling refreshed! Woohoo on the accountability partner!

    I too have an issue with getting enough sleep. There always seems to be too much to do. However when I do get a full night's sleep, like you, I found it helped enormously.

    Love hearing about your sleep making you feel refreshed! Right now that is the worst part of my schedule. I am only managing about 5-7 hours of sleep a night. I really need to do better. And I say count the start of your yoga before noon as a WIN! emoticon
