Feeling a little better

Thursday, April 14, 2016

I'm starting to feel better, still sleeping too much though. I did a cardio video yesterday, and it felt good. I'm feeling a little sore in my hips, so plan on keeping things low key today. Some strength training and a yoga video.

But my husband is STRESSED! He is good about stepping up when I'm down, but this is a hard time for him. I thought he was going to lose his mind this morning trying to get our son ready for school and out the door. He has a performance tonight. I'm debating between going, or staying home and getting a nice dinner ready for him. I've had a lot of health issues this past year, and he has been good about all of it. But I know it is hard on him.

I'm worried about weigh in on Saturday. I know this week wasn't positive for me. But, I have a few days left to make sure I stay on plan and see where I am. I have my lunch meeting today. Last week I was good about staying on plan, even though it is a buffet lunch.

I will keep your husband and you in prayer and Pray for His strength. At the buffet eat only the good stuff and stay positive and on track. I don't know how old your son is but sit him down and have a one on one they really do understand quite well when we tell them they need to cooperate when it is time to do something. That way your husband isn't as frustrated and he can start to chillax a bit. emoticon emoticon emoticon
