Feeling a little better

I'm starting to feel better, still sleeping too much though. I did a cardio video yesterday, and it felt good. I'm feeling a little sore in my hips, so plan on keeping things low key today. Some strength training and a yoga video.
But my husband is STRESSED! He is good about stepping up when I'm down, but this is a hard time for him. I thought he was going to lose his mind this morning trying to get our son ready for school and out the door. He has a performance tonight. I'm debating between going, or staying home and getting a nice dinner ready for him. I've had a lot of health issues this past year, and he has been good about all of it. But I know it is hard on him.
I'm worried about weigh in on Saturday. I know this week wasn't positive for me. But, I have a few days left to make sure I stay on plan and see where I am. I have my lunch meeting today. Last week I was good about staying on plan, even though it is a buffet lunch.
