My Birthday!!!

Well today I turned 35. I had planned on being healthier this year than I was last year, but no that didn't happen. I bought DDP Yoga back in Feb, and I haven't even started it yet, but then again I was hoping to be in my house by now. I am not a morning person, as a matter of fact I hate mornings. On my day's off I can sleep till 10am, but the problem is I am tired all day. I am looking forward to Sat, when I get to sleep in, I am sleeping till I ain't sleepy no more. I am starting a new thing next Wed, it's called ideal protein, I am going to try it out and see how it works. This diet consists of a new way of eating, basically I cut all carbs and sugars, eat only certain types of vegetable, no fruits. No sure how that will work, cause I love my some apples. Carrots aren't on there and I love carrots in my salads. I am nervous about it but I have got to lose weight. IF I can make myself get up early in the morning, I can do my ddp yoga before getting my daughter up for school. Next week my parents are out of town, so I will actually be able to do it in the living room, without being laughed at. Yes I am laughed at when I try and exercise at home, and yet they wonder why I am fat. Well I am at school and seems that my typing is loud, so I am stopping here.
