Well it's 2 days till my birthday, yay. I do have school and work that day, I am not one to request my birthday off, after all it's just another day to me. Plus I will celebrate it the day after. I have started eating healthier, which is a good thing considering my kids pressure me into buying a lot of junk. All because they don't want to eat healthy, so they are like you can buy it for us to eat, no I can't not anymore. I did learn very quickly that if you don't put a ice pack in with your salad, the salad isn't worth eating 3 hours after putting into the container, lesson learned. Now to invest in ice packs. I started back to the gym, but can't seem to be motivated to go after work. I guess when my day starts at 6:35, when I am leaving work at 9:30, I just want to go home and go to bed. Even though I don't do much when I am there, I mainly ride the bike for a few miles, then I start to feel my asthma acting up. I go back to the asthma doctor in July, I can tell it has gotten worse. I walked for a mile and it took me over an hour to stop wheezing and that was with my inhaler. How is one to exercise when I can't breath, in other words how am I took lose weight if I can't exercise. Hopefully something good will happen soon. For now I will just stay tired and work all the time. On a positive note, I did take vacation for next week, so all I will have is school, and no work, yay.
