Been depressed these last few days. I have cyclic depression, so I go through cycles. Affects my activity level, and my nutrition, especially cheese. I love cheese anyway, but when I'm depressed, I swear it is all I want to eat. So yesterday was a big cheese day.
Yesterday was also a no cardio day, I just couldn't push myself into it. But I did do strength training, an arm video and a lower body one. When I feel so down, its easier for me to do strength training instead of cardio.
I asked on the fitness message board about recommendations for on-line cardio videos. I received a few responses. I do some of the spark ones but want to mix things up too. I work out most at work, so I need to bring in some sweats and a t-shirt. I have a big enough office that I can close the door and do a video. Plus there is a bathroom down here, I can't do a shower but can do a clean up at the sink.
My husband also set up the WII again at home. My thought is that I can do the step program as a warm up/down and also get on the exercise bike. We'll see.
