Getting back to the basics...

So my Temp job ended Friday we decided that things work a little smoother when the hubby is working so he is after almost a year of being out of work due to heath reasons GO BACK TO WORK. We are both a little nervous about this because his bummed knee but I hope and pray that he can make it. I just can't juggle it all by myself.
I have ate myself back to an unhealthy weight and really need to get control of myself. Working was very stressful. Because when work was done the work was not done! Then came my home work. Then I would go to bed and have to wake up all hours of the night. Needles to say I felt very overwhelmed and I am going to start focusing more on my health. Because it's very clear to see that if I had health issue also my husband would be in BIG trouble!!! We have three kids and it is a JOB at times!
1.Log onto sparkpeople.com every day
2.Drink Water (sad to say that there has been weeks where I drank anything but water)
3.Watch my calorie intake and food quality. (NO MORE BAD FOOD)!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These seem such simple goals but I know it will take a lifestyle change. I have got to do this not for looks or major weight loss but for my HEALTH!!!
