Day 42, 187 Days Left: Toning Time!

This week I am really focusing on adding toning and strength training to my workouts. I don't have a ton of time to discuss, but the basics are listed below...feel free to check out my shared food and fitness trackers where you can see what exercises I'm using each day, or shoot me a message and I would be happy to share! My schedule looks like this:
Monday - Abs & Arms
Tuesday - Thighs & Booty
Wednesday - Core
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Total Body
I don't have strength planned for the weekend as we are usually out and about doing things, but I think really focusing on adding these strength routines will help me to start toning and losing more fat! I will be doing about 15 minutes of cardio each day, plus about 30 minutes of strength each day. Happy Monday everyone!!
