I am was able to sleep in a little bit because my hubby works thirds and got the kids up early. I really did appreciate it but lemme tell you guys.. I had a lot of trouble getting out of bed! My body was so stiff that I had a hard time moving. I don't know if it's just from not moving around at night or just the aging process, lol.

For some reason, I am really tired. I got plenty of sleep but I could actually go back to bed now because I'm so pooped. I won't take a nap because I have my little ones and I won't leave them alone. Maybe when I do my Upper Fix workout today, it will give me a little bit of energy.

For breakfast, I had eggs, green/red peppers and onions, carb-free wheat tortilla and a small banana. I also had a glass of Trop 50 orange juice. It was pretty good and I still feel rather full. For snack, I think that I'll just have a Atkin's bar to hold me over until lunch.

Anyway, I guess that's all I'm going to blog for now. I'll post more later on!

    Your iron levels maybe low or your sodium levels. If your drinking to much water it may be washing some nutrients away. I've have suffered from both, right now I'm super anemic and was just dragging everyday. Try upping your iron intake. Feel better.
