I am was able to sleep in a little bit because my hubby works thirds and got the kids up early. I really did appreciate it but lemme tell you guys.. I had a lot of trouble getting out of bed! My body was so stiff that I had a hard time moving. I don't know if it's just from not moving around at night or just the aging process, lol.
For some reason, I am really tired. I got plenty of sleep but I could actually go back to bed now because I'm so pooped. I won't take a nap because I have my little ones and I won't leave them alone. Maybe when I do my Upper Fix workout today, it will give me a little bit of energy.
For breakfast, I had eggs, green/red peppers and onions, carb-free wheat tortilla and a small banana. I also had a glass of Trop 50 orange juice. It was pretty good and I still feel rather full. For snack, I think that I'll just have a Atkin's bar to hold me over until lunch.
Anyway, I guess that's all I'm going to blog for now. I'll post more later on!
