Today I woke up really achy! My legs, thighs, buttocks, back, stomach/sides are really sore! I think that I did too much when I did my 21 Day Fix, "Yoga Fix" yesterday. I can barely walk, get up and down without any pain. It's a manageable pain but it's still a little issue. I mean everything hurts but yet it feels so good. Does that make sense? lol
My food intake was pretty good. My goal is to consume between 1200 & 1550 calories per day. I managed to eat 1311 and drank all my water today.
I ended up having a smoothie for lunch. It was pretty good, as usual. It consists of greek yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, banana, grapes, Flax seed, spinach and kale.
For dinner, I had turkey burger with one tablespoon of light Miracle Whip and no bread. I had 1/2 cup of brown rice with pepper and basil. I also replaced the corn for a glass of chocolate milk.
I know that the only bad thing I did today was drink one can of Diet Mountain Dew. It was my first one in two weeks. Granted it has zero calories and it sugar free.. it's still not good for me. I realize that and I should've been stronger and said no. I will say that it took me a while to drink it.
I started my second week of 21 Day Fix today. I did the Plyo Fix and lemme tell you this.. I am even more sore than when I woke up this morning! I am still sore but yet, feel good, lol. Tomorrow is Upper Fix. Let's hope that my extremities don't fall off until then. Haha.
Anyway, I managed to have a pretty decent day. For most part it was good until I cracked open the can of pop.
