Yes I was cheating a little...but I'm down 12 pounds since 3/28.

My mom says I should just stick with this. Is she nuts? I'm dying! I want to eat SO badly! I am hungry! One tiny "lean & green" meal a day is not enough.

She says I'm acting like I have more energy. OMG, all I want to do is go back to bed.

Tomorrow is the last day of the VLCD so it excludes the one meal...nothing but liquids from here on out.

    Be really careful you don't fall into that thing fad dieters do where they look at the diet as this terrible ordeal that they suffer through before going right back to overeating.

    Well done for ur loss!! But you should've eating and tracking ur carbs liquid diet ok for quick loss but when u start eating normal again if it's not healthy and clean you will put all weight bk on

    This doesn't sound good to me. You're clearly miserable and already aching for the ordeal to be over. That's a recipe for near instant weight regain if I ever saw one. You're leaving nothing whatsoever to chance on this one.

    How long is this supposed to last? Honestly, if it's not sustainable for a lifetime I won't do it. I get that it's a jumpstart or something like that, even then, my requirements stand. Good luck.
