Consistently Losing Weight!

I'm consistently losing a pound a week! Each day I cook and eat healthy foods, count calories and track um on Spark People, walk over 12,000 steps, drink 8 glasses of water, and interact with my Spark People Community. I've lost 38 pounds, and my recent laboratory results show my health has improved greatly. For the first time since 2008, I no longer need cholesterol medication, and my blood pressure meds have been reduced. My energy level is high and my overall mood is good. And what's best of all is that I'm not on a diet, what I eat, and my daily exercise is a part of my lifestyle. My next goals are to continue to lose weight, and one day stop taking ANY blood pressure pills cause my healthy 60 year old body won't need um!
