Hitting the Gym!

I really need to join a gym. I thought I would be motivated to work out "at home" by bike riding, walking in the neighborhood, or situps in my living room but either the weather has been sucky or I've been lazy. I used to belong to a gym and my go to machines were the eliptical and the stationary bike. I also want to gain some upper body strength and tone my body in general in a addition to weight loss. I need to start being more motivated!!

    I prefer going to the gym. I have equipment in my house that I rarely use! Paying for it makes me want to use it!

    I've been there and still fight the tendency to talk myself out of exercising. I joined a gym so that I would make myself exercise (I hate wasting money). I also hire a personal trainer for 30 minutes each month for accountability. Go for it!
