So I got this tennis elbow now. Any suggestions as how to heal fast, so I can go back to my weigh lifting? Thanks. I can only do some exercises not all or the intensity.

I had to work on strengthening certain muscle groups to make them strong enough to keep the tendon from moving out of place. U prob do too. When u do work out, just stop when u start to feel pain. 1745 days ago
