Day 38, 191 Days Left: Week 4 Weigh In

I have been so busy the past few weeks with my new leader duties for the Spring 5% challenge. I have been going to the gym in the morning and working all day and then coming home to cook healthy meals for the fiancee and I and my blog and other social activities here on Spark have seriously been slacking. I am still here and working to a better me!
This week, I lost another 2.2 pounds, making my total weight loss for the BLC so far 7.2 pounds, which is pretty darn good i think! I have almost lost 10 pounds since this whole journey started. Once I get under 150 (currently 150.8), I will only be at an overweight BMI and I am so looking forward to that!
I am going to try doing more strength training versus cardio for this new week. I do tons of cardio, but really want to focus on toning as I feel I will see more results in the areas I want to. I still haven't put my wedding dress back on, but need to do it soon! Maybe when I hit the 10 pounds lost, I will put it back on and see the difference. I don't see a huge difference, even though I have lost almost 10 pounds, but one lady at works keeps telling me how great I look...not sure if its just the nice thing to say to someone who goes to the gym, or if its actually true but either way its nice to hear.
Tom has lost 19 pounds! he is doing so well and is such a great motivation for me.
