I look like a million pounds!

Wednesday, April 06, 2016

Just dealing with reality. Went to New York on vacation and saw myself in pictures. I've never been so big in my life. God help me I don't know what to do with myself.

If you have problem health markers, pray for strength!

What do you think are your most serious overeating habits?

I'm on the San Diego team, too. I have been involved on two other teams pretty consistently for over six years and had some good success. I'm not actually interested in more weight loss (already kept off about 40 lbs for three years) except as a side effect of new adjustments I'm making to my plan, but they are eating and movement changes, so I'm using Spark. I hope to get more involved with members who live right here in SD!

I think you look beautiful. Don't get hung up on the small stuff (extra lbs.).

That's usually what motivates me to get moving and eating healthfully. Find a way to start making some healthful changes to improve your health.
