I'm a mom of 9 yes I said 9 😋... 7 of which I gave birth to so you can say I'm busy !!! Almost every kid is in every sport ..But even after having 7 kids and gaining well over the recommended Weight 50+ lb with each I've never had a problem loosing the baby weight within one year the secret is real food ... Real butter real sugar wheat flour no white bread and only the ocational soda nothing out of a box and very little out of a can or jar .. Make your own cookies pies cakes ect and make your best friend the crockpot ... And stay active even when sitting you can be moving.. My goal is to run a 5k marathon within 3 months and I'm using this site to help keep track of my protein intake and exercise levels and for extra tips and tricks 😉 everyone keep up the good work and never give up !!!!!
