I admit, I was a little disappointed when I weighed myself this week and the scale only went down 0.2 lbs. I felt I did really well keeping on track nutritionally and physically. But, I'm balancing that disappointment with happiness at my non-scale victories.
1. I'm still doing well getting in my steps, over 13,000 yesterday. It is amazing what a 30 minute walk on lunch can do.
2. My pants are really loose today. I'm thinking I may need a safety pin to pinch in the waist a little to keep them from sliding down.
3. The changes in my eating habits are becoming easier. I've lost interest in fried foods, and am having more fruits and veggies.
4. When I went for my blood pressure check yesterday, it was normal!
I'm still having issues with fatigue, but that might improve soon as I get my CPAP machine tomorrow. At first I was upset about having to get one, but a lot of people here on Spark helped me see how much it can help me. Now I'm looking forward to getting it because I know it will help me sleep better and have more energy.
I still haven't worked in strength training regularly. As other changes are becoming habits, that is a change I need to work on.
Thank you everyone for your support! Have a great Wednesday.
