Talking with God

Have you ever had a good ole down to earth conversation with God? It can be an amazing experience if you just take the time to "listen" for his voice. It's not a booming voice, most of the time it's a voice that is filled with love. You may not always get the answer you wanted but He will give you the answer you need.

I have been asked to do something amazing and wonderful here on Sparkpeople. I have been praying and chatting with God about it and the answer I know that God is giving me is DO IT, my child, there are others who can learn from your experiences and the trials that you have gone thru in life. I'm still not flawless by any means, no one is; but if I can help one person on their journey, be it with their faith or their health it would be worth every sacrifice I would make to do this very important job.

My real point of this blog is to tell each of you CHAT with GOD, be STILL and listen for his voice. You will hear it if you give it a chance. It may not be what you want to hear but it will definitely be what you need to hear. Remember, God will always help us prosper:

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
