Weighed today ... 20 lbs less then at the start of January :) only 1 lb less then last week , but hey every lb counts and I'm going in the right direction :)
Tried on some of my too tight clothing last week and that's where I could see the difference :)
I've started working out at home..a mix of cardio , recumbent bike, walking, kick box video online, zumba video online...and palates and some strength training workouts from Spark . Still a little hap hazard with what I do each day..trying to do some cardio and strength each day with Sundays as a rest day..I am slowly feeling stronger :)
Started my online Spanish classes...
And i've been attending an English Bible study the last couple of weeks..really wanted to make some friends. It's more of a discussion group, I miss the inductive studies at the last church..I'll be teaching this week for the Ladies study at my church with a translator and I really enjoy preparing for that :) For the most part I can get along OKish in Spanish but I long for better fluency.. and there are some people I don't understand well at all ://Not sure if it's accent or slang issues :(
DH is still on board and that's wonderful getting healthier together !
It's beginning to feel more like home
