Here we go again!

So my weight has been yo-yoing for the past 6 weeks. Up and down, up and down. My foot tracking skills have been less than stellar and I've made lots of poor choices. I'm working to get back on track but it is difficult.
On top of this, I haven't been exercising regularly for the past month. Life just seems to be getting in the way. So today I decided, after looking at my pitiful Fitbit report for the past week again, that I was going to go for a walk. I made the goal of circling the park four times. I barely made it around once before I was exhausted! It may have to do with the weather- it's in the high 80s outside- but I feel so outta shape! I am back at the beginning after walking four days per week for an hour and a half. I want to get back up to that. Today I walked 16 minutes and my goal for tomorrow is to walk about 20 even though I have a very busy day ahead of me. My goal for Monday is to walk 30 minutes and increase it daily 4 days per week until I am back to an hour and a half again. It's a goal I hope I can achieve though I know it will take me a long time. Wish me luck!
