I have accepted a challenge of keeping track of 2 goals for April.

1. Journal food, water and exercise daily as of 4/2/16.
2. Lose at least 1/2 pound every week according to TOPS weigh-ins. I will not use my home scale as it fluctuates almost every time I get on it. That means I will lost 2 pounds in April.
